WASHINGTON — Gibbs Library will host local poet Jean Feldeisen on Tuesday, Oct. 24, from 6 - 7 p.m. Feldeisen will read from her recent chapbook, Not All Are Weeping (Main Street Rag), as well as participate in a discussion and Q&A session. Book signing and poetic activity will follow.
Jean Anne Feldeisen has been a Washington resident for 23 years. She is a practicing psychotherapist, grandmother, and writer. She has written for Next Avenue, Chicken Soup for the Soul, and is a host for the Crows Feet: Life as We Age podcast. Her poems have been published in Neologism, Thimble Literary Magazine, The Raven’s Perch, The Hopper, and other magazines. Her first poetry chapbook, Not All Are Weeping, was published by Main Street Rag Publishing Company in May. Follow her at jeanfeldeisen.com.
