Taking place over 4-6 weeks, our vacation program offers you a unique insight into what it’s like to provide real advisory services to our clients and experience what life might be like as a Graduate in one of the world’s leading professional services firms. You will get to know us, our clients and start learning more about yourself.

You’ll be given the opportunity to work in one of our five service lines – Audit & Assurance, Tax, Private Advisory, Financial Advisory or Consulting – where you’ll be empowered to take on real-world challenges, working alongside remarkable business leaders to support a wide variety of dynamic client. There’ll be challenges along the way, but you’ll be supported at every step.
You’ll also get to know your new colleagues, fellow vacationers and our business, purpose, values and vision by participating in our clubs and committees, attending networking and social events, undertaking projects with a social/community impact and receiving mentoring and feedback from your assigned coach.

At the end of the program, you’ll have gained a wide range of skills and experience that will support your learning and development through the remainder of your studies and beyond. We predominantly recruit our graduates through our vacation experience program – so a successful vacationer experience could also fast-track you to a graduate offer.
